Every school gets the first month free and we never ask for a card to start it. It is not a restricted demo either — every module is on, with your real classes, your real students and your real fees, so you find out whether it fits your office by actually running your office on it. The month begins the day your students are entered and the system is usable, not the day you enquire, and we do the migration and staff onboarding inside that month at no charge even if you then decide against it. If you walk away at the end you owe nothing and can export everything you entered. Founding Schools get three months instead of one.
The first five schools run Schoolivo free for three months, then pay ₹1,900 plus ₹10 a student — ₹4,900 a year for a 300-student school, against a list price of ₹5,900. Both the rate and the roll we counted on the day you signed are locked for as long as you stay, so growing does not raise your invoice. There is no catch and no contract; the honest reason it exists is that I need five real schools using this daily, telling me what breaks. That feedback is worth more to me right now than the fee.
The assistant is scoped to the logged-in parent before it looks at any data — their child’s fees, attendance and marks, plus circulars the school has published to everyone. Another family’s records are not filtered out of the answer; they are never in reach of the question in the first place. Every answer also shows its source, so a parent can see whether it came from a circular or from your live records.
The full ERP runs on the Android app today — that is where every module is live. A web dashboard for principals and owners is actively in development and will be included free for every school on a paid plan. We shipped mobile first on purpose: it is what school offices actually have in their hands.
There is no computer. Schoolivo is a phone app with big buttons and short screens. If your clerk can use WhatsApp, they can use Schoolivo. Most schools are collecting fees on it the same day it is installed.
They do not have to. Cash at the counter works exactly like today, only the receipt is numbered, permanent and shareable. Online payment links are a bonus for the parents who ask for them.
We do a one-time bulk entry with you during onboarding. Every existing student gets an admission number in the same series, so there is one day of setup and then admissions season runs on the new system.
Schoolivo needs a normal mobile data connection, the same as WhatsApp. A cash entry takes ten seconds whenever signal returns and nothing is lost in between.
Every school’s data is isolated from every other school, every write is logged with the staff member who made it, and receipts cannot be deleted by anyone — including staff trying to hide a cash collection. That protection is for the owner.
